Remnant Renegade presents an elegant and measured aromatic profile, typical of Arran island distillates. On the nose there are notes of yellow-fleshed fruit and ripe citrus, supported by a thread of honey and vanilla that does not mask the freshness. The palate is immediate: round and warm, with good clarity and a depth that hints at sweet spices and light biscuity nuances. The balance between softness and vigour gives the glass a fluidity that invites exploring each sip without excess.

On the palate it maintains a medium-bodied structure, with a silky texture; the persistence is pleasant and leans toward dryness on the finish; a slight salinity lengthens the close without weighing it down. Excellent enjoyed in a tulip glass at room temperature and, if desired, with a few drops of water to open up the aromas. It pairs well with dried fruit-based desserts, not-too-bitter chocolate, or hard cheeses, offering versatility both for solo tasting and gastronomic pairings.
