A wine project on Mount Etna (Linguaglossa) affiliated with Tommasi Family Estates, focused on Etna DOC wines made from indigenous grape varieties and produced in limited quantities.
Ammura is the Etna estate that joined the Tommasi Family Estates project; the acquisition was announced as part of the Verona-based group's expansion on Etna. The project was publicly unveiled with the first labels of Etna Bianco and Etna Rosso. The name Ammura evokes a symbolic connection to Sicily and its winemaking identity.
