The story
The winery was established in the Galatina area. The modern facility was fitted out using fermenters salvaged from an old late-19th-century winemaking establishment that was on the site, and the winery's official documentation notes the restoration of the historic structures during the renovation.
Production philosophy
Production is based on organic farming, with a low-intervention winemaking approach and practices focused on energy saving. The stated aim is to produce modern, easy-to-drink wines that convey the rural identity of Salento.
Terroir and vineyards
Agro di Galatina, the contrade Tripiedi, Romanizze, Credenzieri and Monaci; approximate altitude 75 m above sea level; medium-textured, relatively loose soils. The setting is typical of Salento, with a strong connection to the area's native grape varieties.
