The story
Born from the care of the family vineyards, the winery was established by the owners, Lorenzo Mocchiutti and Federica Magrini. Starting from the vineyards inherited from their grandfather, the winery has developed a niche production focused on preserving old vines and expressing the Friulian terroir.
Production philosophy
Viticultural practices focused on organic farming and biodiversity, with an approach inspired by permaculture. In the winery, minimal intervention is preferred to showcase the fruit and terroir.
Terroir and vineyards
Located in Villanova, in the heart of the Colli Orientali del Friuli, the winery manages two historic vineyards on calcareous and clay-based soils. The area is characterized by woodlands, hedgerows and meadows that support biodiversity around the vines.
