The Franciacorta Brut DOCG from the Bosio winery, coming from the homonymous region of Franciacorta in Lombardy and known for its refinement and elegance, stands out for its perfect balance between acidity and freshness.
Produced mainly from Chardonnay grapes, with the addition of Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc, the cuvée matures for at least 18 months on the lees in the bottle. This process gives Bosio's Franciacorta Brut a remarkable complexity, with aromas ranging from white-fleshed fruits, such as pear and apple, to hints of yeast and toasted bread, enriched by delicate floral notes.
Visually, Franciacorta presents a bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The bubbles are fine and persistent, creating an elegant and inviting mousse. On the palate, the wine is lively and well-structured; it starts with an intrinsic freshness that evolves into a long and harmonious finish, leaving room for a slight minerality that cleanses the palate.
Ideal as an aperitif, the Bosio Franciacorta Brut DOCG pairs wonderfully with light appetizers, seafood, and fish dishes. It is also a perfect choice for celebrating special occasions, adding a touch of class and sophistication to any event.
