The Cannonau di Sardegna DOC Su'Anima from the Su'entu winery is an authentic expression of Sardinian viticulture, renowned for its deep connection with tradition and the land. This red wine stands out for its intensity and complexity, offering a rich and enveloping sensory experience.

Produced exclusively with Cannonau grapes, an iconic varietal of the island, Su'Anima features a deep ruby red color with slight garnet reflections that develop with aging. On the nose, it opens with an intense aromatic bouquet, highlighted by notes of ripe forest fruits such as blackberries and cherries, enriched by nuances of sweet spices, vanilla, and a light touch of tobacco.

On the palate, the wine is robust and well-structured. The balance between the lively acidity and soft, mature tannins is excellent, leading to a notable taste persistence. The aftertaste is pleasantly persistent, with echoes of the spices and red fruits already noted on the nose.

The Cannonau di Sardegna DOC Su'Anima is ideal when paired with traditional Sardinian dishes, such as roasted suckling pig or aged pecorino, but it also enhances grilled red meats and medium-aged cheeses. The recommended serving temperature is between 16 and 18°C.
