The Rosato DOC Friuli Grave "Clar Delune" produced by Piera Martellozzo is a wine that enchants not only for its vibrant and captivating color but also for its rich and multifaceted organoleptic profile. This rosé wine is made from carefully selected grapes grown in the renowned Friuli Grave area, known for its alluvial soil that imparts unique characteristics of freshness and minerality to the wines.

The "Clar Delune" stands out for its lovely pale pink, almost pearly color, which foreshadows the delicacy and elegance of the sip. On the nose, it offers an intensely fruity aromatic bouquet, where notes of strawberry, raspberry, and a light hint of dog rose stand out, enriched by a subtle herbal aftertaste that adds complexity and liveliness.

On the palate, the wine reveals itself as fresh and balanced. Its well-integrated acidity perfectly plays with the aromas of fresh red fruit, leading to a clean and persistently aromatic finish. The structure is light yet expressive, making this rosé an ideal companion for various gastronomic pairings.

Perfect as an aperitif, the Rosato DOC Friuli Grave "Clar Delune" is also ideal to serve with light dishes such as summer salads, seafood appetizers, or delicate vegetarian dishes. A wine that celebrates the richness of the Friulian territory with elegance and zest for life, suitable for anyone wishing to immerse themselves in a refined and pleasantly refreshing sensory experience.

Winery history
The company’s history dates back to the late 19th century, with the first generation of the Martellozzo family active in 1899 in the province of Padua. In the 1990s Piera, of the third generation, took the helm of the business, began re-evaluating indigenous grape varieties and launched its first organic line. In the early 2000s the headquarters were consolidated in San Quirino, in the Friuli Grave area, serving as the starting point for expansion into national and international markets.
Production philosophy
The estate combines respect for the land with an innovative approach: careful selection of well‑suited vineyard parcels, the production of wines that reflect the local territory, and a focus on sustainable practices through measures such as photovoltaic systems, lightweight packaging, water reuse and careful selection of label materials.
Terroir and vineyards
Primarily operating in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, with ties to the Triveneto region; the wines are an expression of gravelly soils and a microclimate tempered by the Adriatic and sheltered by the mountains to the north.
