The Fiano d'Avellino DOCG from Sorrentino Winery is an excellent example of this emblematic grape variety from Campania. Produced in the heart of the Avellino region, this white wine is distinguished by its refinement and aromatic complexity.

To the eye, it presents a soft straw-yellow color, often accompanied by greenish reflections that testify to its freshness. On the nose, Sorrentino's Fiano offers a delicate yet intensely aromatic bouquet, with notes of white flowers, acacia honey, peach, and light hints of hazelnuts, typical of the grape variety.

On the palate, freshness is balanced by a medium structure, with pleasant acidity that refreshes the palate and leads to a persistent and slightly mineral finish. This wine stands out for its elegant harmony of flavors, which continually develops and evolves in the glass.

Sorrentino's Fiano d'Avellino DOCG is made through a meticulous selection of the best grapes, followed by controlled fermentation and a brief aging in steel barrels to preserve the natural aromas of the grape variety to the fullest.

It is ideal to serve at a temperature of 8-10°C and pairs beautifully with seafood starters, fish dishes, and fresh cheeses. A wine that will surprise lovers of quality whites, with a drinking experience that always invites the next sip, enhancing every moment of the tasting.
