This wine results from the careful selection of the finest Sangiovese grapes, cultivated in vineyards situated in privileged areas that enjoy an ideal climate characterized by cool breezes and significant diurnal temperature variations, essential for optimal grape maturation.
With meticulous vinification, adhering to local tradition, the grapes undergo slow fermentation followed by a prolonged aging period in oak barrels, which refine its profile and enhance its structure. The Riserva spends at least five years between wood and bottle before being released, enriching it with distinctive character and impressive longevity.
