After a maceration of approximately 30-40 days in wooden vats with frequent pumping over, the malolactic fermentation occurs spontaneously in steel containers. Subsequently, the wine refines its character in Slavonian oak barrels (Garbellotto) for approximately 30 months. Before reaching the market, Barolo Cannubi rests in the bottle for approximately six months, giving the wine an exceptional structure and, at the same time, a distinctive elegance.

Its ruby red hue, with garnet nuances, anticipates an aromatic bouquet that manifests itself with aromas of red fruits, accompanied by notes of spices, tobacco and woody hints. On the palate, the wine is round and harmonious, with a velvety texture that expertly balances its elements. The finish is long and lingering, leaving a long-lasting and satisfying impression.
