Chianti Classico DOCG Gran Selezione - Colombaio di Cencio is born in the heart of Tuscany, among the gentle hills of Greve in Chianti, the homeland of one of the most famous red wines in the world. Made mainly with Sangiovese grapes, hand-harvested and carefully selected, this wine represents the excellence of the vintage. The aging takes place in oak barrels, which give complexity and structure, balancing elegance and power. In the glass, it presents an intense ruby red color, enriched with garnet reflections with aging. The bouquet is broad and delicate, with notes of ripe cherry, violet, and sweet spices, with an earthy and slightly toasted background due to the wood. On the palate, it reveals a soft and well-integrated tannic texture, vibrant freshness, and a persistent finish of red fruit and licorice. Ideal paired with roasted meats, aged cheeses, and typical Tuscan dishes, it embodies the tradition and character of the territory.
