Tommasi's Ripasso Valpolicella Superiore DOC represents an exquisite expression of the Valpolicella terroir, a wine region rich in history and tradition located in the heart of Veneto. Created through the "Ripasso" method, this wine undergoes a second fermentation on the Amarone grape pomace, imparting unique complexity and intensity.
