Produced almost entirely from Sangiovese grapes, with a light mix of Merlot and Colorino. Carefully hand-picked grapes (from which the Gran Selezione denomination derives) after the harvest, alcoholic fermentation takes place in small steel tanks, and at the end of the malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged in French oak barrels for 15 months, and at the end of this for another period follows at least 6 months of aging in the bottle.

It has a very intense ruby red color. Showing itself to the nose and taste buds very intense, and decisive with marked floral notes that mix with notes of licorice and aromatic herbs.

In the glass it then brings out all its power and taste, leaving the taster thrilled by the wonderful flavors.

Eccellente

Davvero un ottimo vino, comprato per la curiosità dato il prezzo moderato e la quantità di premi ricevuti.. Estremamente intenso. Si riescono a percepire sul finale note di liquirizia, e sentori balsamici.

Ottimo davvero
