The Helan Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon Blanc de Noir by Chateau Changyu Moser XV is a unique and innovative creation, which explores new frontiers in the world of white wines produced from red grapes. This wine is the fruit of the pioneering vision of Chateau Changyu Moser

The production of a Blanc de Noir from Cabernet Sauvignon is a demonstration of oenological skill and innovation, exploiting the peculiarities of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes to create a white wine that retains the aromatic essence and complexity of the varietal, but with a completely new approach. Winemaking involves delicate pressing of the grapes to extract the juice without the red pigmentation of the skin, followed by careful fermentation to preserve the fresh and fruity aromas.

This Blanc de Noir stands out for its lively and inviting aromatic profile, with notes of red berries such as strawberry and raspberry, floral accents and a touch of minerality that reflects Ningxia's unique terroir. The careful processing aims to maintain a freshness and lightness in the wine, with a balanced structure that makes it pleasantly drinkable.

On the palate, the wine surprises with its freshness and dynamism, offering a balance between crisp acidity and fruity flavors that blend into a clean and refreshing finish. This makes Helan Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon Blanc de Noir particularly suitable to be enjoyed as an aperitif or paired with light dishes, such as fresh salads, seafood dishes or Asian cuisine, where its liveliness can shine.

Representing an excellent example of Chateau Changyu Moser XV's viticultural innovation, this wine is an opportunity for wine lovers to explore new dimensions of Cabernet Sauvignon, discovering how creativity and tradition can come together to create memorable tasting experiences.
