The "Purple Air Comes From The East" Cabernet Sauvignon by Chateau Changyu Moser XV is a wine that represents the union between winemaking tradition and innovation, symbolizing the qualitative rise of Chinese wines on the international stage. Chateau Changyu Moser

The name "Purple Air Comes From The East" evokes poetic images and alludes to the nobility and exceptional quality of the wine, underlining the Chateau's orientation towards excellence and innovation. The Ningxia region, with its continental climate, characterized by cold winters and hot summers, and its mineral-rich soils, offers ideal conditions for the cultivation of Cabernet Sauvignon, allowing the production of concentrated and aromatically complex grapes.

The winemaking is carefully carried out to best enhance the characteristics of the grape variety and terroir, with controlled fermentation followed by aging in French oak barriques. This process gives the wine a solid structure, well-integrated tannins and an aromatic complexity that harmoniously combines fruity, spicy notes and light toasted nuances.

Visually, the "Purple Air Comes From The East" presents itself with an intense and deep ruby red color. On the nose, the bouquet is rich and inviting, with aromas of ripe red and black fruits, such as cassis, cherries and plums, enriched by touches of spices, chocolate and a light hint of vanilla, which reflect the elegant integration with the wood.

In the mouth, the wine offers an intense and enveloping taste experience, with a velvety tannic texture and balanced acidity that contribute to pleasant drinkability. Ripe fruit flavors blend with notes of sweet spices and a touch of minerality, leading to a long and persistent finish, which leaves a sensation of richness and complexity.

Ideal paired with red meat dishes, game and mature cheeses, the "Purple Air Comes From The East" Cabernet Sauvignon by Chateau Changyu Moser XV is an emblematic expression of the quality and potential of Chinese wines, celebrating the fusion between ancient wine culture and modern winemaking techniques, offering a unique and memorable tasting experience.
