The plots that reveal the maximum organoleptic potential every year are carefully selected. The grapes, harvested manually, are transported to the cellar where they undergo a short cold maceration followed by vinification
The result is a wine with a suggestive straw yellow color. The scent begins with notes of ripe yellow fruit, in particular apricot and peach. This bouquet is enriched by accents of acacia flowers and the fragrance of the Mediterranean scrub, all surrounded by light salty and balsamic nuances. In the mouth, the freshness is vertical and vibrant, while the flavor balances a large and round body, supported by a pleasant alcohol content. The almond finish is long and persistent, with a return of pleasant notes of ripe fruit.
