Lellè is a versatile prosecco that is well suited to any occasion. For the production of this bubbly, the Abruzzo-based Cantina Savini uses Glera grapes deriving from the vineyards of Southern Veneto, harvested starting from the second half of August to finish in the first ten days of September. The grapes are gently pressed, followed by racking and fermentation at a controlled temperature (12 - 14 °C) for about 10 days.
Subsequently the refermentation takes place in an autoclave following the Charmat Method. The wine rests in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, to then be decanted and bottled and aged for a few months in the bottle before being put on the market.
A bubble that stands out in the glass for its bright straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is an olfactory riot from which a very intense vinous aroma stands out dominated by fruity aromas, among which hints of apple and pear prevail, blended perfectly with the citrus and floral hints of hawthorn and wisteria. On the palate it is very pleasant, it immediately conquers its very evident fresh note and the fragrance of the bubbles that give the right flavor.
A harmonious and easy-drinking sparkling wine, exceptional in combination with inviting aperitifs and appetizing fish-based dishes, raw or cooked. The taste and quality guaranteed in this bottle will embellish your convivial moments at the table.
