The Franciacorta DOCG Pinot Nero Natura by Contadi Castaldi is a refined and intensely pleasing expression of the Pinot Nero grape, cultivated in the renowned Brescia lands dedicated to Franciacorta production. This wine stands out in the Franciacorta DOCG category, the result of careful viticulture and meticulous winemaking.

The uniqueness of this wine starts with its color: a delicate yet bright ruby red, hinting at the complexity and elegance on the palate. The winemaking process follows strict organic standards, without the addition of sulfites, thus preserving the purity and essence of the fruit. Aging takes place in oak barrels that help enhance the natural aromatic qualities of Pinot Nero, imparting a slight touch of vanilla and spices.

On the nose, Franciacorta DOCG Pinot Nero Natura presents a complex bouquet: notes of cherry and wild berries blend with hints of rose and a subtle scent of black pepper. On the palate, the wine is elegantly structured, balanced, and fresh, with an aromatic persistence that invites another sip. The tannins are fine and well-integrated, making this wine a perfect choice to accompany refined dishes such as porcini mushroom risotto or red meat preparations.

With a moderate alcohol content and perfect acidic balance, Franciacorta DOCG Pinot Nero Natura by Contadi Castaldi is a wine that can be enjoyed immediately or can be left to age for a few years in the cellar, promising to evolve beautifully.

Ideal for special occasions or as a gift for enthusiasts of natural and organic wines, this Franciacorta is a jewel of Italian viticulture that best highlights the characteristics of one of the most noble and beloved grape varieties.
