The Fiano di Avellino DOCG "L'essenza" from Mito winery is a shining example of how elegance and complexity can harmoniously blend in a high-quality white wine. Produced in the fertile lands of Campania, this wine is the result of a careful selection of Fiano grapes, a native vine that expresses the local terroir with incredible fidelity.

With a straw-yellow color and golden highlights, the Fiano "L'essenza" presents an intriguing bouquet on the nose. The scents of white pulp fruit mix with notes of wildflowers and hints of light spices, such as vanilla and honey, deriving from skillful winemaking. The olfactory complexity is further enriched by the subtle presence of toasted aromas, evidence of a balanced aging in small oak barrels that enhances but does not overpower the freshness of the grape variety.
