There are those who tell the story, tradition and passion with words; Cantina Librandi has chosen to do it through wine. In this magnificent corner of Calabria, hard wines with a history behind them are born; this is where Rosaneti was born, which takes its name from the estate located between Rocca di Neto and Casabona. The name literally means "rose of the Neto", the river that digs the homonymous valley.

The harvest takes place in the second ten days of September. Vinification takes place in thermo-conditioned steel, with gentle pressing of the whole bunch of grapes. Refermentation with the classic method. Aging in thermo-conditioned steel, and finally, draft in the month of April with permanence on the lees for 18-20 months.

In the glass it has a coppery pink color with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose releases an elegant floral scent of rose petals and oleander, harmoniously mixed with notes spiced with pink pepper and candied orange peel.

When tasted it is un fresh and savory glass, decidedly balanced in the finish which is intense and persistent. A classic method sparkling wine from Gaglioppo grapes, versatile that on the table goes very well with many seafood recipes, but in particular, it is combined with sushi, fries, aperitifs, and risottos, which gives its best.
