The Franciacorta DOCG Brut by Ricci Curbastro is a sublime example of elegance and sophistication. Produced in the renowned area of Franciacorta, Lombardy, this sparkling wine is the result of meticulous selection of Chardonnay, Pinot Nero, and Pinot Bianco grapes, cultivated using sustainable methods that respect nature and the environment.

Once harvested, the grapes undergo a controlled first fermentation, followed by a period of aging in oak barrels that imparts complexity and structure to the wine. The final blending precedes a second fermentation in the bottle, according to the classic method, lasting at least 24 months on the lees, ensuring the formation of those fine and persistent bubbles characteristic of every sip of this sparkling wine.

Visually, the Franciacorta Brut presents a bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, intense aromas of fresh fruit like green apple and lemon emerge, enriched by subtle notes of toasted bread and almond. On the palate, the wine reveals itself to be harmonious and well-balanced, with a crisp freshness that dances between moderate acidity and creamy delicacy. The fineness of the bubbles accentuates the sensations of freshness, leading to a long and pleasantly clean finish.

Served at a temperature of 6-8°C, the Franciacorta DOCG Brut by Ricci Curbastro is ideal as an aperitif or accompanied by delicate fish dishes, seafood, and light appetizers. Its presentation in Magnum format also makes it perfect for special occasions, celebrating moments of conviviality and taste with an undeniable touch of class.

The Franciacorta Brut by Ricci Curbastro is not just a wine, but a true sensory experience that elevates any occasion to a higher level of pleasure and sophistication.
