The Aulente Bianco is an exceptional example of white wine produced by the renowned community of San Patrignano, known not only for its social commitment but also for the quality of its vineyards located in the picturesque Emilia-Romagna region. This wine, offered in a practical 375ml format, is ideal for those who wish to enjoy a quality white wine without having to open a larger standard bottle.

The varietal composition of this wine includes varieties such as Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, which are expertly blended to create an intriguing aromatic profile and a balanced structure. On the nose, the Aulente Bianco reveals fresh and vibrant notes of white flesh fruits, like peaches and pears, enriched by subtle nuances of aromatic herbs and a floral touch that invites the first sip.

On the palate, the wine expresses itself with surprising freshness, supported by a well-balanced acidity that brings vivacity and longevity to the palate. The fruity sensations mingle with a light minerality that recalls wet stone, a character that reflects the unique terroir of San Patrignano. The finish is clean and persistent, with a return of the floral notes that add elegance to the final sip.

The Aulente Bianco pairs beautifully with a variety of dishes, from light starters like fresh salads or fish carpaccio, to main courses based on fish or poultry. It is also an excellent companion for a summer evening on the terrace, where its liveliness and freshness can be fully appreciated in company.

The production philosophy of San Patrignano focuses on sustainability and social reintegration, making each sip of this wine not just a pleasure for the palate, but also a contribution to a greater cause. Each purchase indeed supports the reintegration and training activities of the San Patrignano community, adding an additional level of satisfaction to the tasting of this exquisite white.
