The Ribolla Gialla Rumena Rebula produced by Dolfo winery is distinguished by its unmistakably fresh and aromatic character. This white wine, originating from the Friuli Venezia Giulia area, exemplifies the peculiarities of the Ribolla Gialla grape variety, known for its ability to produce wines of great elegance and liveliness.
The color is a bright yellow with greenish reflections, immediately suggesting the freshness that will be found on the palate. On the nose, the bouquet is rich in floral and fruity notes, with hints of green apple, white peach, and a slight touch of fresh almond adding complexity.
On the palate, the Rumena Rebula from Dolfo surprises with its perfect balance between acidity and body. The freshness is persistent and well balanced by a structure that offers a pleasant sensation of roundness. The finish is clean, with a beautiful aromatic persistence that recalls the olfactory aromas.
