The Cabernet Wellenburg Biologico by Baron Longo represents an excellence of organic viticulture in the Umbrian territory, where the temperate climate and rich soil give the grapes a unique character. This wine is born from the careful selection of the Cabernet Sauvignon grape variety, cultivated with natural methods that respect the environment and enhance the authentic expression of the terroir. The aging takes place in wooden barrels that impart complexity and structure without overpowering the freshness of the fruit. In the glass, it stands out for an intense ruby red color and an aromatic bouquet of berries, herbaceous notes, and light spicy nuances that wrap the palate with elegance. The sip is balanced, velvety, and persistent, ideal to accompany grilled red meats, roasts, or aged cheeses, enhancing the pleasure of an authentic and sustainable wine experience.

A wine capable of combining tradition, respect for nature, and a strong territorial personality.
