It comes from a clayey soil that tends to be calcareous, an ideal environment that gives depth and complexity to the character of this wine. Vinified in white, the process begins with soft pressing, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation to preserve freshness and delicate aromas.

The wine presents itself with an inviting yellow color enriched with golden reflections, promising a captivating experience. In the mouth, it offers a pleasant flavor with a finely balanced acidity, creating a harmonious and inviting taste profile. The scent is a symphony of delicacy and fruitfulness, with notes of fresh pear, lemongrass which gives a citrus touch, all wrapped in a fragrant, persistent and enveloping bouquet.

An ideal companion for seafood, fish tartare, filled pasta and mature cheeses such as Parmigiano Reggiano or a brie. It is also a superb option for a refined aperitif.

Winery history
The property has historical origins dating back to the 16th–17th century. The Venturini Baldini family's modern winemaking activity began in 1976. In 2015 the estate was relaunched by the Prestia family with the contribution of oenologist Carlo Ferrini. Today the property also operates as a relais and a wine tourism hospitality centre.
