Cuvèe di Boj represents the symbol of the Valdo “Prestigio Line”; a prosecco that comes from a long Charmat method which involves at least 5 months of rest on the yeasts in an autoclave. Its name originates from what was once called the "Valle dei Buoi", an area of Valdobbiadene particularly suited to viticulture; an area caressed to the north by the Dolomites and ventilated to the south by the Adriatic Sea.

At sight, it is captivated by its straw yellow color with golden reflections, as well as a fine persistent perlage that is very pleasant on the palate. On the nose it appears intense and aromatic, rich in floral perceptions and accompanied by fruity hints of pear and Golden apple. The mouth is in perfect balance between taste and smell, slightly savory and of exceptional length.

A wine with "personality", perfect for an aperitif and ideal for any meal with seafood cuisine.
