The Catò Sangiovese IGT Marche Rosso of Fontezoppa represents the essence of the Marche territory interpreted by one of the most iconic grape varieties of central Italy. This wine is born from Sangiovese grapes grown in the heart of Marche, where the harmonious climate and clay soils help to give the fruit a pleasant complexity and freshness.

The aging takes place in small steel tanks that preserve the varietal expressiveness, enhancing its fruity character and balanced structure. In the glass, it appears with an intense ruby color, accompanied by aromas of ripe cherry, plum, and delicate spicy notes. The sip is lively, with soft tannins and a pleasant acidity that gives dynamism, making this red versatile and easily paired with traditional dishes, such as roasted meats, aged cheeses, and rustic tomato sauce-based dishes.

A Marche Sangiovese that expresses authenticity and rusticity, perfect for those who wish to discover the wine richness of this region.
