The Chateau d'Aussières - Domaine d'Aussières represents the expression of one of the most prestigious and historic wine-growing properties in the Languedoc region, in France. This red wine is produced by Domaine d'Aussières, which is part of the portfolio of estates owned by the renowned Rothschild family, known for their high-quality investments in the world of wine. The Aussières estate is dedicated to producing wines that reflect the rich diversity and unique potential of the Languedoc terroirs.
Chateau d'Aussières uses sustainable viticultural practices and cutting-edge winemaking techniques to best bring out the characteristics of the selected grapes, mainly native varietals of the region such as Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Carignan. These grapes give the wine a complex aromatic structure and an excellent tannic balance.
Visually, Chateau d'Aussières presents an intense and deep red color. On the nose, aromatic notes of ripe red and black fruits stand out, enriched by nuances of spices, aromatic herbs and a light touch of vanilla and toasting, the result of aging in barrique. These aromas combine to create a complex and inviting bouquet, which invites tasting.
In the mouth, the wine is powerful but harmonious, with a rich concentration of fruity flavors balanced by lively acidity and soft, silky tannins. The finish is long and persistent, with a pleasant return of the spicy and toasted notes perceived on the nose.
Chateau d'Aussières is ideal for pairing with red meat dishes, game, dishes rich in flavor and mature cheeses. This wine not only represents the oenological excellence of the Languedoc but also offers a tasting experience that speaks to the Domaine d'Aussières' commitment to producing superior quality wines, capable of competing on the international stage.
