A vine with ancient origins, rediscovered by some passionate winemakers. Resistant and productive, vinified in purity gives delicate aromas and pleasant freshness.
The grape harvest takes place in the second half of September. After the harvest, it follows delicate pressing and racking, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature (17 ° C) for about 12 days. The wine is then decanted and bottled and aged in the bottle for a short time.
A wine that stands out in the glass for its fairly deep straw yellow color. On the nose it conquers its bouquet characterized by citrus scents, amalgamated with aromas of yellow and tropical fruit and an evident spicy background.
A white that immediately denotes good acidity, always well balanced with the right flavor and balanced softness; it releases light spicy and mineral accents on the palate, and a bitter finish. A glass that on the table goes perfectly with fish-based dishes, seafood risottos and white meats.
