The Champagne Brut Blanc de Blancs AOC - Tradition by Diebolt-Vallois is an excellent example of the elegance and refinement typical of the finest Champagne Blanc de Blancs. This designation is distinguished because it is made exclusively with Chardonnay grapes, a feature that gives the wine a particular freshness and finesse.

Originating from the heart of the Côte des Blancs, one of the most prestigious areas for the production of Chardonnay in Champagne, the Diebolt-Vallois house uses traditional methods that reflect the passion and experience passed down through generations. This Champagne is characterized by its light straw color, with bright reflections and a fine, persistent bead, promising a top-tier olfactory and taste experience.

On the nose, the Brut Blanc de Blancs offers a rich and complex bouquet, with notes of fresh fruit such as green apple and peach, followed by nuances of wildflowers and slight hints of toasted bread, conferred by aging on yeasts. On the palate, the entry is lively and fresh, with good acidity balancing the structure of the wine. Flavors of citrus and minerality intertwine harmoniously, leading to a clean and lingering finish.

Perfect as an aperitif, it also pairs beautifully with delicate fish dishes like oysters and light white meats. Its elegance makes it ideal for special occasions or as a gift for enthusiasts of high-quality Champagne.

In summary, the Champagne Brut Blanc de Blancs AOC - Tradition by Diebolt-Vallois is a vinous masterpiece that celebrates the purity and nobility of the Chardonnay grape, offering a tasting experience that remains etched in memory.

Winery history
The Diebolt family has been present in Cramant since the late 19th century. Sources indicate that Jacques Diebolt was active in the village from 1959; with his marriage to Nadia Vallois the Diebolt‑Vallois name took shape and the estate developed over time, later passing to subsequent generations. The house became known for quality cuvées, in particular the Fleur de Passion, produced in vintages judged excellent and often vinified using traditional methods.
Production philosophy
Strong focus on the terroir of the Côte des Blancs and on highlighting Chardonnay; a cellar style oriented to low dosage, respect for traditional practices in the flagship cuvées and limited-scale production to emphasize the quality and identity of the vineyards.
Terroir and vineyards
Based in Cramant in the Côte des Blancs, with grapes also coming from nearby villages such as Cuis and Chouilly and from selected parcels in the Mesnil area; the Pinot grapes destined for the cuvées come from parcels on the Montagne de Reims and in some areas of the Côte des Bar, as described by the house.
