The Millesime Extra Brut Champagne from Le Brun De Neuville embodies the essence of elegance and sophistication. This sparkling wine is produced using traditional methods from the Champagne region in France, characterized by the selection of very high-quality grapes harvested during an exceptional single year. Le Brun De Neuville is renowned for its dedication to enhancing every nuance of the terroir in each bottle produced.

This Millesime Extra Brut Champagne presents itself with a bright straw-yellow color, almost crystalline, enriched by a fine and persistent perlage that seduces at first glance. On the nose, it offers a distinctive freshness with notes of ripe citrus, white flesh fruits like peach, and subtle touches of white flowers, which blend into a complex and inviting bouquet.

On the palate, it is vigorous and full, with a lively acidity that balances the intensity of the fruits and leads to a long and satisfying aromatic persistence. The structure is expertly balanced by a slight hint of biscuit and yeast, typical of the best Champagnes, resulting from the careful aging process on the lees for several years before disgorgement.

This Champagne is suitable for consumption on its own as an aperitif, but it can also masterfully accompany refined fish dishes or carpaccios of white meat. Ideal for special celebrations, the Millesime Extra Brut from Le Brun De Neuville represents a choice of great class for those who wish to give themselves or gift an unparalleled taste experience.

Commitment to sustainable viticultural practices. Extended lees aging: the house ages its wines for periods far longer than the legal minimums.
Winery history
The enterprise began as a grouping of winegrowers from the southern Sézannais. According to the official website, the collective venture started in 1963 with around twenty families and has gradually evolved into today's group of producers who vinify together under the Le Brun de Neuville brand.
Production philosophy
The house aims to highlight the identity of the Côte de Sézanne and the typicity of Chardonnay through a cooperative approach and careful winemaking. It also promotes more environmentally respectful farming practices, valuing grass-covered vineyards and environmental certifications where present.
Terroir and vineyards
Vineyard located in the heart of the Côte de Sézanne, on calcareous soils/chalk subsoils with a favorable exposure that benefits Chardonnay. The group vinifies grapes from around ten to twelve crus/villages in the area surrounding Bethon.
