The Champagne Tradition Grand Cru Brut by Jacques Rousseaux is an exquisite expression of winemaking mastery and the rich traditions of the historic Champagne terroir. This exclusive wine is made from a selection of 100% Grand Cru grapes, grown in some of the most prestigious plots of this renowned French region.

The careful winemaking process begins with the manual harvesting of grapes, followed by gentle pressing and a meticulous fermentation process. The result is a champagne that not only reflects the excellence of its terroir but also the unique savoir-faire of the Jacques Rousseaux winery. The traditional method of secondary fermentation in the bottle, followed by a meticulous aging on the lees, endows this champagne with exceptional complexity and a superbly textured effervescence.

Visually, the Champagne Tradition Grand Cru Brut presents a bright golden-yellow hue and a lively effervescence. On the nose, it offers a rich and inviting bouquet, with notes of fresh fruit like peach and citrus, along with delicate hints of brioche and toasted almond due to its prolonged aging on the lees.

On the palate, the freshness of the fruit is perfectly balanced by a creamy richness and a velvety texture. Subtle notes of hazelnut and a light minerality blend into a long and lingering finish, leaving the palate clean and refreshingly cooled.

Ideal as an aperitif, the Champagne Tradition Grand Cru Brut by Jacques Rousseaux also pairs beautifully with refined dishes such as oysters, salmon tartare, or delicate white fish dishes. An elegant and prestigious addition to any wine collection, perfect for celebrating special moments or delighting the most discerning guests.
