Produced with care and dedication from rigorously selected Sangiovese and Canaiolo grapes, this wine has its roots in a centuries-old tradition.

At the beginning of its winemaking journey, it undergoes meticulous fermentation and maceration in concrete and steel tanks, a phase that lasts approximately 18-20 days. This process brings out the best in the grapes, creating a solid base for the wine. Afterwards, the wine is subjected to refinement in French oak barrels and barrels which varies from 16 to 20 months, depending on the characteristics of the harvest. This phase gives the wine complexity and structure, highlighting its elegance and depth. It spends a further 6 months in the bottle, allowing its flavors to integrate and develop further.

In the glass, it reveals a deep and inviting ruby color. Its bouquet is a symphony of ripe red fruits, flowers, spices and subtle notes of toasted wood. In the mouth, it stands out for its solid structure, soft tannins and a pleasant acidity that makes it vibrant and persistent. It is a wine that pairs beautifully with Tuscan cuisine, in particular grilled red meats and mature cheeses.

Thanks to its aging capacity, this wine promises to evolve over the years, always offering new sensorial nuances and satisfying the palate of the most demanding connoisseurs.
