Pignoletto in purity, is produced through cryo maceration and fermentation at a controlled temperature, before moving on to refinement in steel and refermentation with the Martinotti method.
With bright straw yellow colours, it expresses very pleasant hints of green apple and spring flowers.
Delicate and pleasant flavours, which pair wonderfully with every dish, with great fruit notes from banana, strawberry and pear. soft and lively, it is a good meal companion.
