Porton Mosto Verde Acholado is a distinguished example of pisco, the traditional Peruvian grape brandy, notable for its unique distillation process and careful selection of the grapes. Produced by the renowned Hacienda La Caravedo distillery, one of the oldest in Peru, founded in 1684, this pisco stands out as a premium example of the Mosto Verde category, where the fermentation of the must is prematurely stopped, resulting in a distillate with greater aromatic richness and complexity.

This Acholado is a harmonious blend of various grape varieties, including Quebranta, Torontel, and Italia, which contribute to an exceptionally balanced aromatic profile. It is characterized by its delicate floral aromas accompanied by notes of ripe fruit and a light touch of vanilla and sweet spices, a legacy from its brief maturation in neutral vessels.

On the palate, the Porton Mosto Verde Acholado is smooth and elegant. It offers a complex aromatic palette where flavors of ripe pear, citrus, and a hint of nutmeg blend together, leading to a surprisingly long and clean finish that leaves a sensation of freshness and invites another sip.

It is ideal to be enjoyed neat, slightly chilled, or as the base for sophisticated cocktails. Its versatility also makes it perfect to accompany a variety of small dishes, from light appetizers to subtly sweetened desserts.

The 70cl bottle, with its elegant and sophisticated design, reflects the quality and tradition of this premium distillate, making it a valuable addition to any spirit collection or an unparalleled gift for enthusiasts of authentic, high-quality distilled beverages.
