Originating from the historic region of Emilia-Romagna, the Malvasia Secco Frizzante DOC by La Ratta is an outstanding example of charm and quality. This wine is a tribute to the Italian winemaking tradition, grown in vineyards cared for with methods that respect the natural balance and the environment.

Characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, the Malvasia Secco Frizzante offers an intense and varied olfactory experience. On the nose, it displays floral notes of acacia and jasmine, enriched by fruity nuances of peach and citrus. The mineral component is well present, adding complexity and freshness to the bouquet.

On the palate, the liveliness of the fine and persistent bubbles harmonizes with a balanced and pleasantly tangy structure. Freshness is the distinguishing feature of this Malvasia, which closes with a clean and invigorating finish, leaving a slightly aromatic and persistent aftertaste.

Recommended as an aperitif, La Ratta Malvasia Secco Frizzante DOC pairs beautifully with light appetizers, seafood, and fish-based dishes. It is also an excellent companion for regional Emilian specialties, such as pumpkin tortelli or stuffed piadinas.

Serve chilled, at a temperature of about 6-8°C, to fully appreciate its qualities. This Malvasia is not just a wine, but a true sensory journey into the traditions and authentic flavors of Emilia-Romagna.
