Tenuta La Ratta adopts production techniques aimed at enhancing and enhancing the aromas and flavors of its wines. In the vineyards, he has initiated a reduction in the quantities produced, with short pruning, thinning out and a strictly hand-picked harvest in small crates.
It pours into the glass with an intense red color with purple reflections. On the nose it is portentous and broad, the aromas of red fruit jam and morello cherries in alcohol prevail.
