The Sangiovese Colli Pesaresi DOC BIO from the Fiorini winery is an authentic expression of the Marche region, where the microclimate and the clay-limestone soil bestow this wine with unique and distinctive characteristics. Produced following strict organic standards, this Sirio label reflects the company's philosophy of respect and harmony with the environment.

To the eye, the Sangiovese Colli Pesaresi DOC BIO reveals an intense ruby red color with violet reflections, hinting at its freshness and vibrancy. On the nose, it stands out for its rich and complex bouquet, where notes of ripe red fruits such as cherry and plum emerge, enriched by nuances of sweet spices and a slight herbal touch, typical of Sangiovese.

On the palate, the wine demonstrates a well-balanced structure: the acidity is lively yet harmonious, supported by soft tannins that make the sip pleasantly rounded. The finish is persistent, with a lingering aftertaste that echoes the olfactory sensations, leaving a pleasant feeling of cleanliness and freshness.

Ideal as an accompaniment to traditional Italian cuisine, this Sangiovese pairs beautifully with ragù pasta, grilled meat, and medium-aged cheeses. Its versatility also makes it suitable for enjoying on its own, as a moment of pure pleasure.

Each bottle of Sangiovese Colli Pesaresi DOC BIO Sirio from the Fiorini winery is a tribute to quality and commitment in producing organic wines that respect and enhance their region of origin.

Winery history
The Fiorini estate has been in the family for generations. Its activity began when Luigi Fiorini purchased the land in the early 20th century, and the first vineyard was planted in 1930. Over the 20th century management passed to Valentino and is now overseen by Carla Fiorini. The winery has expanded its vineyards, facilities and range of labels while maintaining strong family continuity.
Production philosophy
The estate prioritizes respect for the fruit and the land: it practices full organic farming, hand-harvesting, and winemaking aimed at preserving the grapes' aromatic characteristics through gentle processing techniques and careful control of oxidation.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards are located on the hills of Barchi in the municipality of Terre Roveresche, at about 350 metres above sea level. The area is characterised by gently rolling hills a short distance from the Adriatic Sea and the Apennines, ideal for Bianchello del Metauro and other local varieties.
Awards and recognitions
