The Demetere produced by Tenuta Santa Lucia is a refined and intensely territorial expression of Sangiovese, one of Italy's most famous and beloved grape varieties. This wine stands out for its strong character and aromatic complexity, enhanced by the care and passion that Tenuta Santa Lucia dedicates to organic and sustainable viticulture.

Presented in an elegant 250ml format, the Demetere showcases a deep ruby red color that hints at its unique olfactory and taste qualities. On the nose, it opens with notes of ripe red fruits like cherries and plums, intertwined with hints of spices, leather, and a slight touch of tobacco. This complex bouquet is the result of maturation in controlled environments that respect the natural rhythm of the wine.

On the palate, the Demetere confirms its robustness with a balanced tannic structure and a pleasantly persistent freshness, leading to a long and aromatic finish where the notes of fruit and spices perceived on the nose return.

The wine is produced following certified organic farming criteria, ensuring not only minimal environmental impact but also the maintenance of the high quality of the final product. Ideal for accompanying red meat dishes, game, and aged cheeses, the Demetere is an excellent choice for those seeking a wine that represents the excellence of Sangiovese in a sustainable and organic manner.

Saba Cert. indicates that this wine has passed rigorous quality controls and meets certified production criteria, thus ensuring a tasting experience that satisfies even the most demanding palates.
