Vivi is a wine dedicated to Valeria Vivian, wife of Roberto Mascarin, who shared with him the realization of the "San Valentino" dream. From her initials comes an exhortation to life as well as a reference to the character of Wonder Woman, one figure often associated with Valeria, since both were in fact united by the same great strength with which they have always faced life.

Cantina San Valentino has always demonstrated a profound desire to respect the environment, taking care of and enhancing the territory; for this reason all of its wines are the result of research, quality and tradition, and derive from an organic choice. A white man whose fermentation is natural in steel with indigenous yeasts, and therefinement takes place in cement on the lees and lasts for 8 months with periodic batonage.

A drink that has a straw yellow color in the glass. On the nose it releases and conquers with its sensational floral and fruity notes, perfectly blended together. A white that immediately proves itself when tasted fresh, balanced and pleasantly harmonious which will give the palate a sensation of great satisfaction and pleasure. Excellent for aperitifs and in combination with fish-based starters, first and second courses.

Winery history
The winery is a family-run operation tied to the Mascarin family; the business developed from the 1990s and in recent years management has also involved the Aureli family. Since the late 2000s the estate has adopted natural/organic vineyard practices and has progressively reorganized production, focusing on a few selected varieties and distinctive product ranges.
Production philosophy
Production focused on respect for the land and the vine, employing organic practices in the vineyard and aiming to produce wines that reflect the character of the grapes and the local microclimate. The winery clearly prioritizes vineyard quality as the starting point for its wines.
Terroir and vineyards
Situated on the hills of Covignano, a few kilometres from the Adriatic coast and close to Santarcangelo/San Martino in Venti. The climate is moderated by the sea breeze, which contributes to the balance of the grapes grown on the hills.
