This white wine has a bright appearance, straw-yellow in color with greenish reflections, foreshadowing the freshness and vivacity experienced on the palate.
On the nose, De Falco's Fiano del Beneventano IGT offers a complex and inviting aromatic bouquet. Notes of ripe white fruit such as peach and pear blend with delicate white flower accents and hints of aromatic herbs, creating a rich and stimulating olfactory profile. A slight mineral streak further enriches the scent, adding depth and character.
On the palate, the wine reveals itself as balanced and harmonious. The acidic freshness is well balanced by smoothness and a medium-light body that makes the sip pleasantly round and lingering. The aftertaste is clean, with a pleasant persistence of fruity notes and a slightly almond-like finish typical of Fiano, inviting another sip.
