The Champagne Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Brut by Demiere-Ansiot is an excellent example of refinement and pure expression of the terroir of Oger, in the heart of the prestigious Côte des Blancs. Produced exclusively from selected Chardonnay grapes, this champagne embodies the elegance and complexity that only vineyards classified as Grand Cru can offer.

Bright straw yellow in color with greenish highlights, it features a very fine and persistent perlage that anticipates the quality of the sensory experience. On the nose, it is distinguished by an intensely floral aromatic bouquet, with notes of jasmine and acacia, enriched by nuances of white-fleshed fruits such as peach and pear, along with a delicate touch of fresh almond.

On the palate, the Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Brut reveals a balanced and harmonious structure, characterized by lively freshness and seductive creaminess. Citrus and green apple blend with a subtle minerality that leads to a long and incisive finish, a distinctive sign of the finest Champagnes.

Ideal as an aperitif, this champagne pairs perfectly with seafood dishes, sushi, and delicate white meats. Its finesse also makes it an ideal companion for celebrating special moments and memorable toasts.

Store in a cool environment, protected from light, with an ideal serving temperature between 8 and 10°C, to enhance all its qualities. With an aging potential that can extend for several years, this Champagne Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Brut by Demiere-Ansiot only becomes more intriguing over time.
