Originating from the sun-drenched expanses of Mexico, Patrón Añejo Tequila offers a sensory experience that reflects the heritage and quality of artisanal tequila craftsmanship. This refined tequila is the result of a careful selection of Weber blue agave, grown in the rich volcanic lands of Jalisco.
The production process preserves traditional methods admired worldwide. After cooking in traditional ovens, the fresh agave is crushed to extract its rich and sweet juice, which is then fermented and distilled with particular care. The real magic occurs during aging: Patrón Añejo Tequila matures in oak barrels for at least 12 months, a period during which it acquires amber color nuances and a complex, rich taste.
On the palate, Patrón Añejo Tequila displays a balanced bouquet of vanilla and dried fruit, with notes of toasted wood emerging thanks to the careful aging process. The mouthfeel is smooth yet intense, with a long and pleasantly complex finish, marked by an aftertaste of sweet spices mixed with bitter chocolate.
This tequila stands out not only for its excellent quality but also for its iconic bottle, each piece hand-numbered, symbolizing the uniqueness of each bottle. It is ideal to be enjoyed neat, to fully perceive all its multifaceted characteristics, or it can become the luxury component in sophisticated cocktails that require a more evolved tequila profile.
Beautiful as a gift or to keep in a private collection, Patrón Añejo Tequila is a superb expression of Mexican know-how in the distillation of agave spirits.
