The price displayed is to be understood "per bottle". The discount is automatically applied to the Cart.Vin Santo of excellence from the Cà Rugate house. It is dried for 4 months on the "picai", in order to favor a better aeration. Initially the first fermentation takes place in wooden vats, for an ideal period until the formation of a superficial indigenous flora, the "teralina". Subsequently the must is transferred to wooden containers, where it evolves and matures for another 6 years.
Remarkable sweetness, amber in color, the nose shows complex aromas that expand from raisins to candied fruit, from tobacco to mineral hints. At the sip, which must be rigorously delicate and small, it shows an indescribable balance.
Remarkable strength, it is a wine that loves the strongest pairing such as aged cheeses or at the end of a meal.
