A gem of Italian viticulture, the Barolo DOCG "Bricco Boschis" Magnum produced by the renowned Cavallotto winery is an exemplary showcase of elegance, complexity, and expressive power of Nebbiolo. Located in the heart of the Barolo area, the Bricco Boschis vineyard is famed for its unique terroir that imparts distinctive and unique characteristics to the wine.

The Barolo "Bricco Boschis" is known for its intense ruby red color that gently shifts towards garnet with aging. On the nose, it opens with a deep and complex bouquet: notes of ripe red fruit, such as cherries and plums, blend harmoniously with hints of tobacco, leather, and subtle traces of withered rose. On the palate, the wine is majestic and robust, featuring a solid but well-balanced tannic structure, promising excellent aging potential. The fruit aromas mix with nuances of dark chocolate, licorice, and sweet spices, with an undertone of damp earth and truffle adding complexity.

Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats with temperature control, followed by a long maturation in large Slavonian oak barrels that further enrich the structure of the wine without overpowering the varietal character of Nebbiolo.

Ideally served at 18°C, the Barolo "Bricco Boschis" Magnum is a wine that pairs perfectly with rich and flavorful dishes, such as braised meats, meat stews, and aged cheeses. It is also an excellent candidate for long-term cellar aging, where it will continue to evolve and surprise for many years.

A wine of great prestige and refinement, it will be an excellent addition to any wine collection and will transform every occasion into an unforgettable moment.
