Villaggio DOC Rocca D'Orcia Magnum, boxed by Podere Forte, is a prestigious enological expression from one of the most renowned territories in Tuscany. This wine captures the essence of the Rocca D'Orcia area with a mastery that only Podere Forte can offer, using organic and biodynamic viticulture methods that respect the environment and enhance the quality of the grapes.

The wine presents itself with a deep ruby red color, inviting at first glance to discover its complex aromas. On the nose, Villaggio DOC stands out with its intense notes of ripe red fruits, delicate spices, and a slight hint of vanilla, derived from its aging in French oak barrels.

On the palate, it is generous and full-bodied, with a well-balanced tannic structure that promises a long aging potential. The flavors of blackberry, cherry, and a touch of black pepper blend beautifully with the fine acidity, leading to a persistent and gratifying finish.

This boxed magnum is ideal for special occasions, representing not only a gift of great class but also a splendid addition for connoisseurs and lovers of Tuscan wine. It should be served at a temperature of 18-20°C and pairs perfectly with robust dishes such as roast red meats, game, or aged cheeses.

Each bottle of Villaggio DOC Rocca D'Orcia Magnum is presented in an elegant box, making it even more exclusive and desirable for collectors and enthusiasts of refined wines.

Winery history
Podere Forte was founded as an agricultural project led by Pasquale Forte and developed around the idea of a self-sufficient estate. The estate, operating since 1997, has re-created an integrated farm in the Val d’Orcia where viticulture, olive growing, beekeeping and livestock farming coexist, following organic and biodynamic practices.
Production philosophy
The estate is managed according to the principles of organic and biodynamic agriculture, with attention to soil health, production autonomy and the enhancement of local resources. The approach combines traditional techniques with precision tools in a system called "Sistema Forte," aimed at environmental and social sustainability.
Terroir and vineyards
The estate is located in the Val d’Orcia, a landscape recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site; the vineyards are planted on soils rich in schist and clay at varying elevations, which favor typical expressions of Sangiovese and Bordeaux-style blends. The estate also has extensive olive groves and large areas of agricultural land.
Awards and recognitions
