The "Metodo Classico 36 Mesi - Amatha" by Podere Forte is an extraordinary example of high-quality viticulture. This sparkling wine, matured for 36 months according to the classic method, which means bottle fermentation, represents a rare gem in the enological landscape.

Produced with carefully selected grapes from the Podere Forte vineyards, located in the heart of Tuscany, this cuvée benefits from the exceptional microclimate and rich soil that characterize the region. These factors give the wine a distinctive complexity and minerality, rarely found in other areas.

Visually, the "Metodo Classico 36 Mesi - Amatha" showcases a bright straw yellow color, enhanced by a fine and persistent perlage that heralds its elegance and vivacity. On the nose, it stands out for its complex bouquet, interwoven with notes of white-fleshed fruit, fresh flowers, and slight hints of yeast and toasted bread, all enriched by a subtle mineral vein.

On the palate, freshness is balanced by a creamy structure, with an excellent aromatic persistence that echoes the olfactory sensations, adding nuances of citrus and dried fruit. The high quality of the bubbles gives the wine a unique pleasantness, making it ideal for accompanying special occasions.

The "Metodo Classico 36 Mesi - Amatha" is a wine that best expresses Podere Forte's philosophy, oriented towards sustainability and the purest and most authentic expression of the terroir. This sparkling wine is ideal for lovers of refined and complex wines, who seek in every sip a story of passion and dedication.

Winery history
Podere Forte was founded as an agricultural project led by Pasquale Forte and developed around the idea of a self-sufficient estate. The estate, operating since 1997, has re-created an integrated farm in the Val d’Orcia where viticulture, olive growing, beekeeping and livestock farming coexist, following organic and biodynamic practices.
Production philosophy
The estate is managed according to the principles of organic and biodynamic agriculture, with attention to soil health, production autonomy and the enhancement of local resources. The approach combines traditional techniques with precision tools in a system called "Sistema Forte," aimed at environmental and social sustainability.
Terroir and vineyards
The estate is located in the Val d’Orcia, a landscape recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site; the vineyards are planted on soils rich in schist and clay at varying elevations, which favor typical expressions of Sangiovese and Bordeaux-style blends. The estate also has extensive olive groves and large areas of agricultural land.
