Marc de Champagne is a French distillate obtained from the typical grapes from the renowned French area.
A distillate similar to Italian grappa produced in almost all French regions; the pomace comes from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. The distillation takes place with the classic stork beak copper alembic, with a discontinuous cycle. A nectar that comes from the famous Moët & Chandon company, a symbol of elegance and softness. It is aged in oak barrels for a long time; the umpteenth proof of the mastery of a Maison of great value in the world wine scene.
In the glass it is bright, clear and brilliant, with golden reflections. The olfactory notes release hints of aromatic woods including incense and myrrh, finely blended with floral aromas of broom and dried yellow rose, as well as toasted hints of hazelnut and almond and some vanilla aftertaste. In the mouth it is extremely fine, with a great aromatic intensity and a broad and complex taste, velvety and harmonious, with a persistent finish of sweet spices that will surprise.
