The Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Brut DOCG from Sutto Winery is a specimen of rare elegance and finesse, sourced from one of the most prestigious areas for the production of Prosecco: the vibrant heart of Valdobbiadene. This sparkling wine is distinguished by its liveliness and freshness, making it perfect for any occasion.

Produced exclusively with manually harvested Glera grapes, the maturation and winemaking techniques follow the age-old traditions of the area, but with an attentive eye to technical innovations that preserve the quality and organoleptic characteristics of the grape variety. The finesse of the bubbles, achieved through the extended Charmat method, harmoniously combines with a rich and complex aromatic profile.

To the nose, the Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Brut DOCG from Sutto releases aromas of pear, green apple, and white flowers, with a slight touch of citrus that makes the bouquet fresh and inviting. On the palate, it presents a beautiful acidity and balanced minerality, which blend into a light yet fully satisfying body, finishing with a clean and persistent finale.

Perfect as an aperitif, this Superior Prosecco pairs splendidly with light starters, fish, and vegetarian dishes. Ideal for celebrating special moments or adding a touch of class to any social gathering, the Brut DOCG from Sutto represents an excellent choice for those looking for a quality sparkling wine.

Health and good taste come together in this refined expression of Superior Prosecco, inviting connoisseurs and wine lovers to appreciate the enchanting and lively character that only Valdobbiadene can offer.
