The San Salvatore 1988 agricultural company was born in Boscoreale, an ancient land rich in tradition and history, intensive agriculture has never been at home here, respecting nature and tradition.

Paestum Fiano PGI Trentenare is born in the Cilento national park in the province of Salerno, from 100% Fiano vineyards grown organically, a white wine with a versatile, fragrant and pleasant character.

The must produced is matured in stainless steel barrels for approximately 8 months, followed by bottling with the PGI denomination; this gives life to a wine suitable for true lovers of powerful and savory wines.

The color is a beautiful straw yellow tending towards golden. On the nose it expresses itself with pleasant hints of tropical fruit such as pineapple, but also of silky peach, and sweet floral notes of jasmine and broom are perceived.

It is a pleasantly savory and balanced wine which on the palate is full-bodied and capable of surprising with its fragrance. It reveals a clear gastronomic aptitude by pairing perfectly with raw fish, first and second seafood courses, in particular with mixed fried fish.
